Can I install Creative Mines Brick myself?
Brick veneer in generally easier to install than most masonry products. Its lightweight profile is easy for handling and cutting. The uniform shape makes for easy alignment and a straightforward installation.
How will my shipment of brick veneer arrive?
All brick products will be delivered curbside on a pallet. Depending on the size of your order, this may include multiple pallets. Brick is packaged in small boxes with an average of 10-11 square feet per box, 6-9 lineal feet per box for corners, depending on the profile.
Is there a warranty offered with Creative Mines brick veneer?

Does Creative Mines accept returns?
Online orders of Creative Mines brick are not able to accept returns due to custom made process and challenges of restocking. If your product arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt of shipment at 800.453.7040.
